MY PHILOSOPHY OF MINISTRY
The following is my philosophy of ministry:
1.1. The Lord Jesus ascended to heaven, leaving the church with the great commission: “Go into the world and preach the gospel to every creature.” It is my goal to obey this commission by finding the lost and effectively presenting the gospel of Christ to them and, by all scriptural means, helping them to make decisions for Christ Jesus.
1.2. The Lord Jesus Christ introduced a new order by which men will identify believers as children of God when he instructed, “A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another, as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this, all will know that you are my disciples if you have loved one another.” My goal is to lead a church family where every believer would share in a needs-pains-bearing-and-absorbing fellowship in a community of other believers. It is my firm belief that without divine love in each heart and a strong biblical communal relationship among believers, working together to foster the course of Christ here on earth becomes difficult. My philosophy, therefore, is to create and promote love and relationships among members of a church family where I have the privilege to serve as pastor.
1.3. The Lord commanded the church to “make disciples of all nations.”. It is my goal to disciple believers until Christ is formed in them and equip them to practically get involved in the ministry of the Lord, Jesus Christ.
